Temp Supply Chain Administrator

Robert Half OfficeTeam is recruiting for a Temporary Supply Chain Administrator until the end of 2017, with the possibility to extend to a permanent contract, for one of our clients based in Amsterdam. Our client is a very successful international orientated company in healthcare.

As Supply Chain Administrator you report to the Supply Chain Manager and you are responsible for the logistical and administrative process related to shipment of products to more than 100 countries.

Responsibilities

  • Creating logistics documents (import and export) such as customs documents, payments documents and (pre-) shipment documents
  • Making sure that all documents are available before shipment of goods
  • Inform clients, authorities and internal departments of shipping statuses
  • Update order data in the system
  • Monitor import and export shipments until arrival

Requirements

  • Experience in preparing and creating shipment documents such as customs documents
  • Living in or nearby Amsterdam
  • Fulltime available on a short notice
  • Excellent level of the English language

The salary indication for this position is 2300-2500 euro gross per month based on 40 hours per week.
This is a temporary position.
