Customer Service Employee French, English & Dutch


For our client in Almere we are looking for a customer service representative. As a customer service representative you will be working in the department in which you are going to answer customer questions by phone. This can exist of potential customers who would like to have more information about any of the products and/or services of the organization.

Additionally, you will also partially process the incoming e- mail traffic and handling. You answer emails from consumers who have questions, comments or complaints regarding their contracts, subscriptions or other products and services. It is important that you are able to answer these emails on a service-oriented manner. In addition to these tasks you will handle everything neatly into the system.


  • Respond to all customer inquiries
  • Order Management
  • Translate customer needs towards the process of buying the product
  • Follow up on customer needs
  • Collaborate with Customer Care, e-commerce and Shop teams to support each other, always producing the best and most time saving solutions for the customer
  • Track customer requests and information
  • Enthusiastic and committed to providing outstanding customer-centric service, always personalizing and elevating the experience


  • 1 years in customer service related role
  • Ability to offer a premium level of service
  • You have integrity and follow through on customer commitments
  • Ability to interact with the customer in a multichannel environment
  • Ability to work closely with a team and set goals for growth and personal development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in French (native), English (excellent) and Dutch (moderate/ good)

Function Skills

  • Minimum High school/MBO+ level
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
  • Available for a fulltime position
