For an international software development company with EMEA headquarters based in the center of Amsterdam we are looking for a Business Administrator to support the business and finance team in raising Purchase Orders and ensure that processes are strictly followed and documentation is retained.

Jobrole

  • Raise all Purchase Orders with the correct coding on behalf of the business
  • Ensure that all the Purchase Orders are raised before the service starts or the goods are received
  • Contact with vendors and business in following the right procedures
  • Centralize all invoices for the country/region and ensure they have the correct Purchase Order number
  • Ensure that the Purchase Order have sufficient funds, escalate to the business if needed
  • Manage the invoice retention process when applicable
  • Review the invoices and send them to the processing center on a daily basis
  • Store third parties contracts

Profile

  • Accounting degree with a minimum of 1 year experience in Accounts Payable working with Purchase Orders
  • Good communication skills, you will have a key position between the business and finance
  • Well organized and to prioritize large streams of flows
  • Living in Amsterdam or within 30 minutes distance and directly available
