Who are Corporate Services?
Based in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium, the Corporate Services Team is responsible for providing back-office support to Robert Half, covering the areas of human resources, finance, IT, marketing and staff development. Each department plays a critical role in supporting the ongoing operations of the business with responsibility over the Benelux region.
Human Resources
Our human resources team oversees numerous responsibilities, including comprehensive support and service, rewards, HR policies, procedures and programs. HR advises and supports management about critical people-related matters and leads the recruitment and selection process of corporate employees.
Finance
A key foundation of any business is a strong finance department. At Robert Half, the scope of the finance team includes the timely and accurate delivery of payroll and reporting, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, and tax compliance.
IT
Providing digital and technical support to Robert Half, the IT department oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, manages ongoing platform upgrades and is responsible for service desk support to all Robert Half staff.
Marketing
Collaborating with global colleagues through world-class MarTech platforms, the marketing team is responsible for the digital customer experience, attracting high-calibre prospective talent, and promoting Robert Half’s unique services in the recruitment industry.

Talent Acquisition
Talent Acquisition leads the recruitment and selection process of sales employees in collaboration with the hiring manager. Thanks to their background as recruitment consultant at Robert Half, our Talent Acquisition team can make the perfect match between the candidate and our company culture.
Facilities

PR and communication
We raise the profile of Robert Half and its divisions to all potential audiences, media and stakeholders whilst maintaining the integrity of Robert Half’s corporate identity and reputation.
Temp payroll
Our temp payroll team takes care of the weekly processing of performances, creation of contracts, payment of net wages and administrative formalities of our candidates.
They also take care of the invoicing they and answer all payroll technical questions from candidates and clients.
Legal
The Legal Department is responsible for providing legal services and advice in a great number of different legal matters. These matters include: contract management, compliance, litigation, employment law, procurement, sales and leases matters, training, debt collection, and much more.
