For one of our international clients, specialized in the chemicals, near Rotterdam, we ware looking for an HR Assistant (PT 32).
In the function of an HR Assistant you are responsible for Customer Service, Case Management and HR Administration.
Your tasks will include the following:
- First point of contact for incoming calls/emails/requests from employees
- Maintain customer contact until request is resolved, including informing customer of status and resolution;
- Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to HR process, system and policy requests which are considered to be routine requests and require limited research;
- Educate employees on company practices and tools
- Provides employee counseling on policies and procedures (e.g., leave of absence, retirement)
- Coordinate with HR Representative in any situations requiring local handling
- Own case management process, including opening cases and closing cases
- Refer complex cases requiring interpretation where policies/regulations are not clear to appropriate HR Representative
- Conduct specialized transactions within SAP and other HR systems
- Provide document support by managing incoming and outgoing forms
- Responsible for keeping employee file up-to-date
- Ensure up to date HR information systems and processes
The start date is as soon as possible. The salary is between € 2300,- and € 2900,- gross per month based on a 40 hours workweek and depends on age and experience
