HR Assistant - Rotterdam
For a chemical company in the center of Rotterdam we are looking for an HR Assistant (m/f). It's a temporary job for 1 year with possible extension. Starting at the beginning of November.
The duties of the HR Assistant consists HR Administration, general administrative support to the HR BNL organisation and HR process related duties.
- Prepare mutations for payroll
- Prepare letters, employment contracts and all other requested documents concerning employees
- Provide support to all new hire actions, termination actions and recruitment processes
- Provide support to enroll employees in company benefit programs
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers for administrative related questions
- Maintain the HR portal
- Provide support to invoicing processes
- Provide support to team events
- Manage agenda's and organize meetings
- Manage Office equipment
- Carry out various registrations; administration of training
- Gatekeeper for retention of data (GDPR related)
- Administration of all accesses of HR employees to portals for the purpose of representing the company
- Continues improvement of HR admin processes
- Gatekeeper for content of HR Portal and work with the HRBP's to keep policies and information up to date
- MBO+ of HBO Human Resource Management
- 1-3 years' experience as HR Assistant
- Knowledge of labor law, social security and taxes (HR)
- Being good at fathoming processes and can and want to improving improvements
- Affinity with systems
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Affinity with working in a corporate environment
Salary between € 2.500,- and € 2.800,- gross a month based on 40 hours a week.
