As HR Administrative Assistant you offer support to various HR processes. You quickly switch between different subjects and activities without losing the overview nor sacrificing accuracy.

  • Handle the complete onboarding process of new hires and intercompany changes
  • Support the recruitment and selection process
  • Give support to various HR specialties and projects
  • Handle the mailbox and phone traffic

What are we looking for?
You are a driven and energetic person with a proactive attitude. You can work in a fast paced international environment and shift between changing priorities. Well-organized and a problem solver are competences you would use to describe yourself. You are a person of integrity. We can trust you with confidential information, because you are the reliable link in the HR process. Setting priorities, make agreements with stakeholders and customize your own argumentation are things that require you to be a spicy and hands-on character.

Must haves

  • A medium to higher working and thinking level and a completed relevant education in HR
  • Preferably you have experience in a similar function in an international environment
  • Excellent language skills in English and Dutch both verbal and in writing
  • Available on full-time base
  • Must be in possession of a car to get to the company
