For one of our international clients, specialized in chemicals, we are looking for an:

Customer Service Employee German
Fulltime 40 hours

Our client is situated in the area of Rotterdam. Because the market is growing our client is currently expanding their Customer Service Team. The team has 10 members with different nationalities. Therefor the main language is English. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.

As a Customer Service Employee you are responsible for the order process from A-Z. It is important that you are service minded. You will inform your clients of the status of their order and help them with problems that may occur. You will be responsible for the German market. Your activities include:

  • Maintaining relationships with your clients
  • Process orders in SAP
  • Keep your clients updates at all time about the order status
  • Maintain contact with the warehousing and logistics departments to ensure a timely delivery
  • Assist with problems or customer complaints
  • It is preferable you have experience in logistic processes and have knowledge export documentation and Incoterms


  • Good English and German communication skills are required
  • At least 2 years of experience with order processing
  • Experience with SAP is preferable
  • You are service minded and accurate

The starting date is as soon as possible. The salary is between € 2400,- en € 2600,- gross per month based on a 40 hours workweek and depends on age and experience.
