Administrative Assistant Customer Service (M/V)- Rotterdam
For one of our international clients in supply chain industry in Rotterdam we are looking for an Administrative Assistant Customer Service (M/V) for 40 hours a week.
- Ask Customer for Approval by mail
- Chasing Customers for approval costs
- Search for all shipments per vessel per week
- Send invoices, to be approved
- Check loading destinations
- Make invoices
- Startdate: as soon as possible
- Situated in Rotterdam Waalhaven
- Mid-level Professional Education (MBO)
- Experienced with computers and basic IT tools
- Good communication in Dutch and English
- Approximately 2 up to years of working experience in Supply Chain
The start date for this position is as soon as possible. The salary indication is between €2600,- and €3000,- gross per month for 40 hours a week. This job is a permanent position.
