In addition to our individual bonus system, we reward our top performers with various extravagant events every year. As a consultant for example you have a chance every year to qualify for “Reach for the Stars”, a 4-day event in Las Vegas, to which 300 sales, management and support services employees are invited every year. At the “Monaco Celebrity Lunch” promising and talented consultants are invited to attend workshops and network with their international co-workers. Additionally there are various competitions within the divisions with team prizes to be won throughout the year. Prizes include dinners in Michelin-star restaurants or an evening out with the entire team.
Robert Half has over 340 offices around the world, which means transfer to a foreign office is also one of the many opportunities it offers to its employees. Last year one of our employees who was one of the best in the Robert Half team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, transferred to our office in Dubai!
Fun and the Robert Half culture
In addition to working hard, we also organise fun things to do together so that we can recharge our batteries. Every office organises an annual trip or activity, and twice a year we have a big “Get Together” for staff from all offices in the Netherlands. We also celebrate with a big party for New Year’s Eve with all our staff including partners. On top of all this there are many drinks events to celebrate targets reached and individual promotions. It is important to bring them more publicity, because they are always searching for more exposure and new donors.
